Each Person will perform the demonstrated exercise to the best of their ability with high energy at all times. Each station will be set up as a fast pace circuit type training with cones. Exercises including bench press, squats, dead lifts, as well as sled pushing & sled drags. This will give your body the basics for greater progression in the future. The exercises will include Battle ropes, medicine ball training, partner exercise training, speed drills, agility drills and mobility drills.
